During Falmouth Week I took part in two races sailing on Helen Mary which was great fun. The races were really well run and the weather was just right for some exciting close matches.

My name is Ken and I am an Anglican Vicar in St Mawes in Cornwall. We moved here in 2008 after 11 years in Nailsea, North Somerset.
I am married to Lois. We have three daughters, Mary, Esther and Zoe. We have a dog called Simba and a cat called Nala.
I started out in the Merchant Navy and then served for ten years with the Mission ship 'Logos'.
Lois and I were involved in refugee work with CORD in Thailand and Sudan. As a family we have lived in New Zealand. More recently we have been involved in a church link with Zambia.
I enjoy folk music and am a qualified yachtmaster and cruising instructor. We have been developing 'Serendipity Sailing' www.serendipitysailing.co.uk - a Christian initiative using offshore charter yachts for Spiritual Retreat and personal development.
